We loved the convenient location and easy check-in process with the key deposit-box. The apartment was well-designed and furnished, with a comfortable double bed and a large TV. The availability of a vending machine in the laundry room for cold drinks and snacks was very handy. The hotel's garden provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, despite being close to the town. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find croissants, instant coffee, muffins, and more in the apartment upon our arrival.
Nothing, it is perfect.

Akmed was a great host and terrific at orienting us, his english is outstanding, the location is incredible backing up to the ancient roman wall and in the gothic winding narrow streets, the size, decor, and quiet

Excellent location: inside old city walls but away from main streets (quiet). Very nice and cosy apartment, beautiful little garden to sit and relax. Absolutely fantastic staff! Extremely kind, helpful, and professional, taking care of everything without even being asked. Before coming we received an e-mail with a very clear, hand-drawn where neccessary, map. Warm and kind welcome on arrival. Nice little surprises: croissants in the kitchen "for breakfast, if you fancy", toothbrush and toothpaste sets and even shaving sets in the bathroom. We hwere feeling really like at home and our 3-year-old son didn't want to leave. We are definitely coming back to Girona and Hap-Dreams! Many thanks to all responsible and special regards for Ahmed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to town but still offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable double bed and a huge TV that made our evenings even more enjoyable. The hotel staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the best features was the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing us to easily stay connected throughout our stay. this venue offered enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

Bed linens were high quality. Excellent location in the historic part of the city, next to the Roman wall. Beautiful garden in back. Nice bathrooms. Very nice large tv screen (but no directions on how to operate). Excellent value.
Rooms need a coffee maker and more kitchen supplies. Need a dish towel. Better quality towels. Need a wash cloth.VERY Difficult to find, to drive down the very narrow street and to find parking. Manager should give directions on how to enter the apartment/hotel well in advance of 4 days prior. Should we not have e-mail access on our trip, we would not have known how to enter the safe box to find our apartment keys. Need directions on how to work the very high-quality TV's that are supplied in the room.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to town while still offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. the apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable, with a large TV and a comfortable double bed. There was also a beautiful garden where we could relax. the apartment came with some nice touches, such as croissants, muffins, and instant coffee upon arrival.
The kitchen amenities were not up to par, with a less than satisfactory oven and a lack of necessary saucepans and frypans.

Great location, spacious apartment.
There was no wifi as stated in the hotel description. There was no response to an email regarding check-in procedure.

apartment very spacious and nicely furnished, very suggestive view from the windows, complimentary breakfast (instant coffee, tea bags, breakfast pastries), comfortable bed (especially bed linen)
a bit difficult to find (look carefully at the map!) and decidedly hard to reach if you travel with heavy luggage; everything was ok, but the lack of a reception makes you feel a bit uneasy; instructions to enter the apartmnet are sent only 3 days prior to check-in: could be a problem if you are already on the road and without internet access

The location was great, just a short walk to town. The keys were easy to access and the apartment was nicely furnished with a comfortable double bed and a huge TV. The garden was a lovely spot to relax, and it was surprisingly quiet considering how close it was to the hustle and bustle of the city. Plus, there were some nice snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived, which was a nice touch.
The oven in the apartment was not very useful, as it was one of those hybrid grill/microwaves that didn't cook food very well. The kitchen also lacked a good selection of saucepans and frypans, which made cooking a bit challenging.

The apartment was well equipped and in a very convenient location. The garden area was very appealing, although we were not there at the right time of year to enjoy it.
The bed was very hard and the pillows were flat. Only one of the pillows actually had a pillow case. Fortunately I had brought my own pillow. The rooms decor was unispired and conflicted with its lovley architectural features. Parking was an issue and it would have been good to know that in advance.

They provided croissants and instant coffee which was a nice surprise. the double bed was comfortable, and the huge TV was a great addition. the location was perfect and it was convenient to have the keys in the deposit-box as promised.
The oven was terrible and made cooking extremely difficult. There were not enough saucepans and frypans available.

Superb location. Very comfortable. Lovely little garden. Went with 1 yr old and 3 yr old plus their grandmother. The steps are hard going, but worth it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was warm and all in good working order. Thanks!
Flat was a little to warm even for December.

Good position, but not suitable if you don't like steps, as the building is high above the centre, close to the city walls and the lift closes early in the evening.
